2. Open dialogue: Have more open conversations with your managers so they can help you deal with any overwhelming symptoms that may be interfering with your work. Managers can be allies—they can help you find solutions, maybe recommend a good herbal tea for that mood swing.

3. Coping with stress: Yoga, mindfulness, and maybe a little office karaoke (when no one is looking) can be your secret weapons. Take a break, breathe and remind yourself that you are a warrior.

4. Prioritizing Self-Care: Your body is going through a wild dance, so be kind to it. Eat well (yes, chocolate counts), grab those extra naps, and move—whether it’s a salsa class or a walk around the water cooler. And if you have a gym at work, use it.

5. Flexibility Matters: Work from home? Consistent hours? Yes! Flexibility is your BFF during perimenopause. When the hot flashes hit, you can be in your PJs, sip herbal tea and still enjoy the presentation. It’s like having a superhero cape made of elastic schedules.
