Pm Modi Launched National Digital Health Mission, Says Everybody Will Get Unique Health Id

 The country’s digital health infrastructure will be integrated under the National Digital Health Mission (National Digital Health Mission-NDHM). Under the scheme, the government is preparing to bring about a massive change in the country’s health system.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi (Narendra Modi) has launched the National Digital Health Mission (NDHM) through a video conference on Monday followed by his address on the occasion. Under NDHM, every Indian will get a Unique Digital Healthy ID (Unique Digital Health ID). This beginning could prove to be a major change in the direction of health services in the country.

Currently starting in 6 Union Territories

Prime Minister Narendra Modi (Narendra Modi) announced the pilot project of the National Digital Health Campaign from the ramparts of the Red Fort on August 15 last year. According to information provided by the Prime Minister’s Office, the scheme is currently being implemented in the initial phase in six Union Territories. NdHM is being launched nationwide with the third anniversary of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya will also be present on the occasion.

Big online platform to be ready

Based on infrastructure designed as Jan Dhan, Aadhaar, and Mobile (JAM) Trinity, and other digital initiatives of the government, NDHM will create an intuitive online platform of data, information, and information through a wide range of provisions ensuring security, privacy, and privacy of personal health information. This will enable infrastructure services as well as standard-based digital systems to be availed. The campaign will enable access and exchange of health records with the consent of citizens.
