UV protection: Long exposure to UV rays increases the risk of developing cataracts and other eye problems. When outdoors, a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses with UV protection can help protect the eyes from harmful UV rays.

Adequate lighting: Adequate lighting is crucial, especially for older people with age-related vision problems. Ensuring that spaces are well lit can reduce eye strain and improve visibility for tasks such as writing and reading.

Vision Aids: Glasses, contact lenses, or magnifiers are examples of vision aids that can be very helpful for people who have trouble seeing near or far.
