5 exercise to reduce belly fat
You know the exercise routine you need to be following? It has to be high-intensity. But just as bad as the HIIT workouts, if you’re not incorporating fat-burning moves into your usual workout routine, it’ll do you no good. Body-weight exercises are your best bet. Below are a few of my favorites.
Squats – this is the most universal form of exercise and gets your heart pumping fast, so it does double duty. Complete 3-5 sets of 30-60 seconds.

Run up a hill – just. As opposed to the steady incline. Try a moderate one or a steep climb. But keep going and going.
Climb a step ladder
Push-ups with a medicine ball
Grab a medicine ball with both hands and push it away from you. Then bring it in and push it away from you again.
